Tuesdays and Thursdays

Warm up from 5.30 pm, class from 6 pm.

For Muay Thai classes please wear shorts or tights and a Black Dragon Kai singlet or t-shirt (available for purchase at the gym) as well as your own gloves for hygiene purposes. Remember to bring a water bottle and towel. You may choose to bring your own skipping rope or use one from the gym.

New members may wear brands other than Black Dragon Kai for their first month.

Don’t worry if you miss the warm up or arrive late, just join in when you arrive.

Teens are welcome to join us at a discount rate, however they must bring a partner their own age or train with a parent or guardian who is a member. Contact us to find out more.

Mondays (no gi) and Wednesdays (gi).

The Gi is the traditional martial arts uniform used for Brazilian jiu-jitsu, similar to a judo or karate uniform. All students participating in gi classes will be required to purchase a Black Dragon Kai gi or a gi and have it patched with the Black Dragon Kai logo.

No gi means shorts with no pockets, zips, external drawstrings etc and a Black Dragon Kai rashguard.

New members may wear brands other than Black Dragon Kai for their first month.

We are open for BJJ rolling and Muay Thai sparring from 6.30pm-7:30pm You may also use the fitness equipment during this time.

Saturdays

We are open for open mat and conditioning from 7.30am to 8.30am. You may also use the fitness equipment during this time. We welcome visitors to join us casually on a Saturday.
